Terms of Use

1. Who can play

• You must be 18 or older.
• You may play only where online games with prizes are allowed. You are responsible for following the laws of the place you live.
• One account per person. An account plays on one phone at a time. Do not share, sell or buy accounts.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

2. The game is free

Ludo Cash Money is free to download and free to play. Nothing has to be bought to play, to rank, or to win a prize. There are no deposits and no entry fees.

3. Cash and items

• Cash is won only from ranking prizes and invite rewards. It cannot be bought.
• Cash can be spent on items in the game's store, or cashed out as set out in the Prize Rules. Cash and items cannot be transferred to other players.
• Items change only how you look in the game (cards, dice, pawns, footsteps, kill effects and sounds). They give no advantage. Ludo Pass rewards and store items last until the end of the season.
• Cash spent on items is not returned. Cash in an account that is deleted, or closed for breaking these terms, is lost.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat. This includes using bots, scripts or changed apps, playing with more than one account, playing together to help one player win, using a VPN to hide who you are, and using bugs. We check games and rankings. If we find cheating we may cancel scores and prizes, take back Cash, and suspend or close accounts.

5. Behaviour

Names, usernames, club names and photos must not be rude, hateful, sexual, or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove them, and suspend accounts that break this rule.

6. Prizes

Ranking prizes and invite rewards follow the Prize Rules, which are part of these terms. Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any prize or contest in Ludo Cash Money.

7. Changes to the game

We may change the game, its features, items, prizes and these terms. When a change matters we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep playing after that, you accept the change. We may stop the game; if we do, Cash already won stays cashable under the Prize Rules for 30 days.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me, then Delete my account) or as shown on our Delete your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep the game running well, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes stop or have faults. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the Cash prizes you have won and not been paid. Nothing here removes rights you have by law.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a problem, write to us first at support@ludocash.app and we will try to solve it.
