Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your account: the name you choose and your email address. Sign-in is run by our sign-in provider, Clerk; we never see or store your password.
• Your profile: a username and a photo if you add them, your club and its picture, and the items you wear in games.
• Your games: the online games you play, every roll and move, your places, points, rankings, missions, Ludo Pass level and XP, and a record of every Cash amount you win or spend.
• Your phone and connection: an id the app makes for your phone (so an account plays on one phone at a time), and, kept only as one-way scrambled codes (hashes) that cannot be turned back, your phone's hardware id and your internet address. We also note the name of your internet network and the country you first opened the app from. These are used to stop cheating, such as one person making many accounts.
• Chat: the chat wheel only sends ready-made lines and sounds; there is no typing to other players. Voice calls in clubs go live between players and are not recorded or kept.
• When you cash out a prize: your name, your payout details (for example a JazzCash, Easypaisa, UPI, Paytm or PayPal account, or a USDT address) and, if we ask, a photo of an identity document, to check the prize goes to the right person.
• When you write to us: your message and email address.

We do not show ads, we do not use advertising trackers, we do not read your contacts, and we do not collect your exact location.

2. Why we use it

• To run your account and the game: seating you at tables, saving your progress, rankings, missions and items.
• To award and pay prizes and invite rewards, and to check they are won fairly.
• To find and stop cheating, bots, and people using more than one account.
• To answer you when you write to us, and to keep the game working and safe.
• To follow the law, including keeping records of prizes paid.

3. Who sees it

• Other players see your name or username, your photo, your player card and items, your rank or level, your club, and the games you play (they can watch a game you are in).
• Companies that run parts of the game for us: Clerk (sign-in) and Cloudflare (servers and database). They use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Payment services you choose for a payout receive the details needed to pay you.
• Authorities, if the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in, name, username, photo, email link, phone and address codes, items, friends, invite code and rankings. We keep the records of games you played and of Cash won, spent and paid, with your name taken off them, because other players' results and the prize records depend on them. Payout and identity records are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

5. Your choices

• Change your name, username and photo in the app.
• Delete your account in the app (Me, then Delete my account), or follow the steps on our Delete your account page.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it, by writing to support@ludocash.app. We answer within 30 days.

6. Age

Ludo Cash Money is for players aged 18 and over, because it has cash prizes. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has an account, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Data is sent encrypted between the app and our servers. Hardware ids and internet addresses are stored only as hashes. Payout details are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app when the change matters. Questions: support@ludocash.app.
