Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Ludo Cash Money and sign in.
2. Tap Me at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom, then tap Delete my account again to confirm.

Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Without the app

Write to support@ludocash.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We delete it within 7 days and write back to say it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, name, username, photo and email address.
• The phone and internet address codes we kept for fair play.
• Your items, Cash balance, friends, invite code and place in the rankings. You leave your club.

What is kept

Records of the games you played and of Cash won, spent and paid stay, with your name taken off, because other players' results and our prize records depend on them. Payout and identity records are kept only as long as the law requires. Prizes not yet paid are lost when the account is deleted.
